We do not accept third-party payments — the payment account you use to deposit must belong to you.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Funds held in your 66win account do not earn interest. Balances left inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative fee, details of which will be communicated in advance. 66win does not accept deposits made using funds that are not legitimately yours.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6 Sports Betting Rules

9 Account Suspension and Closure

66win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to, breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will not be able to access your balance or place bets until the investigation is concluded. We aim to complete investigations as promptly as possible and will communicate the outcome to you via the contact details registered on your account.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account with a remaining balance and no outstanding wagering requirements, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be included in the refunded amount.

10 Limitation of Liability

66win provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is reliable and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted, 66win's liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
